Rabboni, fondatore e CEO di Happy Time Solutions.
previste a breve”.
“Siamo presenti in 20 Nazioni con 45 negozi” aggiunge Massimo Barbieri, Retail & Franchising Director di ci gusta! “e

PRESS RELEASE
Happy Time Solutions Srl, owner of the trademark ci gusta!, and Nina Food Ltd. today signed a Master Franchising Agreement for the launch of the ci gusta! brand in China, Hong Kong and Macao.
According to the agreement, Nina Foods Ltd. will launch 300 ci gusta! stores between 2015- 2024. The success of the
first ci gusta! pilot shop in Shenzhen, which opened in 2013, has been critical in the development of this new
partnership – laying the groundwork for a strong commitment to the Asian market.
"We are very excited about our partnership with Nina Food Ltd. The agreement will allow us to grow significantly in
China, Hong Kong and Macao," said Mr. Dario Rabboni, founder and CEO of Happy Time Solutions. "The experience
we gained from the pilot store has provided the confidence needed to embark on this new endeavor and bring about
a successful future. We believe that today in China there is a tremendous opportunity for good Italian food to thrive
via the ci gusta! brand. Thanks to this agreement with a local and knowledgeable partner, we are now prepared to
seize this opportunity in the best way possible".
"Having lived between China and Italy for many years, I am confident that the ci gusta! brand is the ideal concept to
bring to China and further the authentic Italian restaurant experience for the Chinese public, added Yang Yang, CEO
Nina Food Ltd. “Our entire team is very excited about this agreement and we are anxious to dedicate our time and
energy into this new project, starting from the next three upcoming openings".
"Today, ci gusta! is present in 20 countries with 45 stores" adds Massimo Barbieri, Retail & Franchising Director of ci
gusta! " As we look to the New Year, 2014 will have marked important milestones for the brand for two main
reasons: first, we consolidated the structure of the brand (we had 32 outlets at the end of 2013) and, with the
signing of this agreement, our international development became a primary focus and new direction for us. In 2015,
we will continue on this path, working to find important partners who can become our master franchisees in new
markets".
The next three ci gusta! openings in China are forecasted for the end of February, two in Shanghai , and one in Cixi
Binhu.
Nina Food Ltd. is wholly owned by Shanghai Nina Food Ltd., a company listed on the Shanghai Equities Exchange.
